CEO
As AppDNA's CEO, Mike Welling brings extensive leadership experience in the information technology arena. Mike's role is to lead the UK based software group into a global market. His vision is for AppDNA to become the number 1 software house for easing the migration to newer versions of the Microsoft Windows operating systems platforms.
Prior to AppDNA, Mike was the founding member of Camwood Limited, a successful UK IT Consultancy and Software company. He took the company from a two person start up to a company employing over 100 people. Mike worked for GE Capital in various roles after obtaining his degree in Business & Finance at Brighton University.
CTO
Paul drives the roadmap and vision for the AppDNA and AppTitude software. Having worked for a number of years on the product and its predecessors he has a clear view on the market, the challenges and benefits relating to application portfolio management.
Paul is to be found interacting with Microsoft and partners, evangelising and contributing technical write ups when he is not overseeing the latest features.
EMEA Channel and Sales Manager
Olivier looks after our product value propositions, pricing and service partner network. He has extensive experience in software international sales and channels development.
Prior to joining us, Olivier was Head of software strategy and software alliances for Computacenter,. He also founded and ran a number of successful businesses before he graduated as an INSEAD MBA in 2004.
North America General Manager
Lynn is a veteran of the software market and brings with him a wealth of expertise in the Application Management space. His extensive leadership experience at Marimba, InstallShield and Macrovision give him the ideal background to lead App-DNA into the North American markets.
Prior to App-DNA, Lynn served as the VP Product Management for Macrovision, General Manager-Enterprise Products at Install Shield, and Sr. Director of Product Management and Marketing at Marimba. Lynn also has an engineering and IT background that helps him truly understand the latest technological and customer needs.
Software Development Manager
Sheldon Lachambre manages the development team and production of AppTitude. Instrumental in the development and strategy of AppTitude, Sheldon liaises with partners and customers to enhance the software capability.
Prior to joining us, Sheldon was a senior developer and team leader in a number of industries, including Finance, Pharmaceutical and Law.
