CEO
As App-DNA's CEO, Mike Welling brings over 10 years of extensive leadership experience in the information technology arena. Mike's role is to lead the software group into a global market, where his vision is for App-DNA to become the number 1 software house for easing corporate migrations to newer versions of the Microsoft Windows operating systems platforms and adoption of Application Virtualization technologies.
Prior to App-DNA, Mike was the founding member of Camwood www.camwood.com, a successful IT Consultancy and Software business, taking it from a 2 person start up to one of the most recognized brands in application migration consultancy. Prior to Camwood, Mike worked for GE Capital in various senior roles, notably commercially owning and delivering one the largest global IT projects in the company's history.
Mike obtained his degree in Business & Finance at Brighton University, where he also gained a distinction in Business German.
Mike is a keen tri-athlete and finished one of the world's toughest Iron Man competitions in 2007
CTO
As CTO at App-DNA, Paul is the technical visionary behind AppTitude and in his role as CTO he continues to drive the roadmap and vision for the AppTitude product. Prior to his role at App-DNA, Paul held several senior management roles including Director of Technology at Camwood and Director of Technology for a successful Internet consultancy business which later became acquired. Paul is a South Africa native and ran his own Internet consultancy in Cape Town prior to emigrating to the UK. Having spent over 15 years in the IT industry, Paul has a wealth of experience envisioning, architecting and driving IT development for successful software products.
In his spare time Paul is also an avid photographer and enjoys skiing and road running.
Management Team
Software Development Manager
Sheldon Lachambre manages the AppTitude development team for App-DNA. Instrumental in the development and strategy of AppTitude, Sheldon liaises with partners and customers to enhance the software capability.
Prior to joining us, Sheldon was a senior developer and team leader in a number of industries, including Finance, Pharmaceutical and Law. Sheldon is MCSD certified and has a BSC (Hons) in Information Technology and Computing (2:1).
Sheldon enjoys fine wines, science fiction and is never found far from a PC.
Global Marketing Manager
Dan is responsible for the worldwide development and execution of App-DNA’s marketing strategy, building awareness of the App-DNA and AppTitude brands, and increasing market penetration. Previously EMEA Marketing Communications Manager within Hewlett Packard’s Technology Solutions Group, Dan has over 10 years experience of international IT marketing, also holding posts with a leading UK reseller and software house, and Clarion electronics based in Frankfurt.
Outside work, Dan’s is a keen footballer and enjoys travel.
Sales and Business Development Manager, North America
Chuck Brady is responsible for leading App-DNA's sales and business development efforts in North America. He brings over 20 years of experience as a leader in the enterprise software space. Prior to joining App-DNA Chuck was ranked among the top performers at InstallShield/Macrovision, Compuware, and Computer Associates.
Chuck is located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago where he spends most of his time with his wife of 20 years and their three children. The Brady's are extremely busy during fall weekends watching their two sons' playing and their daughter cheerleading at football games. During the off season the Brady's like to travel and get ready for the next football season.
Technology Solutions Manager, North America
Samit is App-DNA’s Technology Solutions Manager NA, driving the technical development of the AppTitude product and providing strong pre-sales technical support to the growing US customer base. Joining from Acresso Software, where he was Product Manager for AdminStudio and Workflow Manager, Samit was responsible for designing product releases geared specifically to worldwide customer needs and requests, consulting with Fortune 500 and mid-size companies. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois, has earned certification from Pragmatic Marketing, and is involved in both the University of Illinois Alumni Association and the Always Illinois engineering alumni association.
Samit is newly married and enjoys travelling in his spare time, he’s also a big fan of American football.
